Instructions: On this page, when you click on a link, the browser opens a new window to display that page. When you want to return here, Close that window, and this page will be instantaneously redisplayed. No waiting for it to reload! In Netscape, that's the menu option File/Close, or Ctrl+W. The placement of the links into the various categories is somewhat arbitrary. The links within each category are in no particular order. These links worked as of August 6, 2000.
